This conference is all about keeping it real. Real talk, real actions and real connections - an environment to nurture your mental, social and emotional health. Together with key experts and industry thought leaders, we'll dive into trending topics within leadership, teamwork, community and professional development.
But, this isn’t like every other conference. Featuring a diverse audience across generations, backgrounds and experiences, expect to be in a space where your authenticity is welcomed and highly encouraged.

You should have already received your travel & accommodation details from our planning team. If you haven’t, please reach out to ybwashington@google.com.
For business professionals & speakers:
While we aren't able to handle individual hotel reservations for this conference, the Metro Atlanta area offers a wide variety of accommodation options to suit different budgets and preferences. We encourage you to explore and book your stay at a hotel that best meets your needs.
We will be providing great dining experiences for all in-person attendees. Dietary requirements were captured with your RSVP, but if you need to make any updates, please email us at jody@pmm-agency.com.
We encourage you to bring whatever you need to feel comfortable, but in the spirit of awareness & kindness, ask that you limit things that will be a distraction for you or others.
DAY-OF
All of the events will be held at the Google office at 1105 W Peachtree St NW, Atlanta GA.
For those driving in, there are a few parking garages in the immediate area surrounding the building.
When you arrive, your conference crew will be stationed there to help you navigate and get settled in. Please remember to bring a government issued ID that matches your registration.On the day of the event, the website will be updated with links for you to join on Google Meet from wherever you are. We encourage you to limit distractions, and tap in! There’ll be opportunities for you to engage in the virtual community during the event.
The sessions will be recorded, and we’ll provide links to where you can view the recordings post-event.
We strive to make our conference accessible to all. Our event spaces are wheelchair accessible, and assisted hearing devices are available. Virtual attendees can enable closed captioning at any time. If you have any accessibility requests or require further assistance, please contact our team at jody@pmm-agency.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
While we welcome you to take photos with other attendees, please note that per Google’s policies you are NOT permitted to photograph or record (in any form) Googler workspaces, badges, or capture any screens/boards/GVCs.
Posting on social media or live streaming during the event is NOT permitted. However after the event is over you may post freely. When posting on socials please use hashtag #LeadWithTheReal.
Yes! You are welcome to come and go as your schedule allows. Just please remember to re-check in when you come back.
